Pricing (SOHO Plan)

The SOHO plan is special designed for the online merchants that do not want to pay for the maintenance fee especially individual or SOHO type of online business owner. This plan only can suit to the online retailer with monthly online turnover is less than RM4,000.00. Other wise, please refer to our Small / Medium Business section. But you are advised to talk to us to find out which solution is best for your business before sign up with our service.

• One Time Registration Fee: RM488.00

• Maintenance Fee: NIL

Merchant Discount Rate: 

• 4% for credit card

• 4% or minimum RM0.60 (whichever is higher) for local Online Banking and E-Wallet payment services

Settlement: 

• Frequency: Payout of settlement sum to the merchant is on weekly basis. The settlement cut-off time of every week will be 24:00 (Malaysia Time) of every Sunday. iPay88 will deposit / transfer the weekly settlement sum into a designated bank account of the merchant within 5 working days after the weekly settlement cut-off day.

• Currency: in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR)

• Place: in Malaysia.

• Minimum payout: RM100.00

Chargeback:

• Merchant to fully responsible on any dispute and/or discrepancy of payment to be found from time to time. If the merchant charge-back level exceeds 1% for consecutive 3 months, the merchant account will be terminated.
