The service is competitively priced to reflect the importance of you as a priority customer. iPay88 prides itself in delivering excellent price-performance value and believe that the benefits to be derived from this investment far outweigh the outlays involved. But you are advised to talk to us to find out which solution is best for your business before sign up with our service.

The pricing below, is based on a standard merchant profile, and may vary depending on the risk sector you operate in and your trading history and background.

The pricing below, applies to a small and medium business customer. If you projected your online turnover for the following 12 months is more than MYR1.2 million, please refer to our Corporate Solution section.

• One Time Registration Fee: RM488.00

• Maintenance Fee: RM500.00 per year

Merchant Discount Rate: 

• 3% for credit card

• 3% or minimum RM0.60 (whichever is higher) for local Online Banking and E-Wallet payment services

Settlement: 

• Frequency: Payout of settlement sum to the merchant is on weekly basis. The settlement cut-off time of every week will be 24:00 (Malaysia Time) of every Sunday. iPay88 will deposit / transfer the weekly settlement sum into a designated bank account of the merchant within 5 working days after the weekly settlement cut-off day.

• Currency: in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR)

• Place: in Malaysia.

• Minimum payout: RM100.00

Chargeback:

• Merchant to fully responsible on any dispute and/or discrepancy of payment to be found from time to time. If the merchant charge-back level exceeds 1% for consecutive 3 months, the merchant account will be terminated.
