The following windows will appear to guide you at the payment page if you have not registered your RHB credit card for 3D Secure.

After you are done with your internet shopping, proceed to payment page as usual. At the payment page, fill in the necessary information and select RHB credit card as your payment mode. Follow the simple steps in the next 3 windows to register your RHB Credit Card

Step 1: Input your details as required. Access ID and Access Password are as per stated in the Access Mailer sent to you. Format for Date of Birth is ddmmyyyy. Please contact RHB Customer Careline if you did not receive / lost your Access Mailer.

Step 2: Create your own Personal Assurance Message and your own SecureCode / VBV Password.

Step 3: You have successfully registered your RHB credit card for more secured Internet shopping. You can proceed to check out from the online store. You are encouraged to go back to RHB 3D Secure webpage to set your security question. The security question will be prompted should you forget your SecureCode or VBV.

Once done, the usual process will take place and you can be assured that your RHB Credit Card is now enhanced for safer Internet Shopping.
