Step 1: Log on to www.maybank2u.com.my

Step 2: Look for "Sign up for MSOS" and click on which will link to MSOS Welcome page as below:

Step 3: Click on [Sign up] button to enroll.

Step 4: The Terms & Condition page will be displayed. Read the T&C carefully and if you agree to proceed, just click on [Accept] button. Else, click [Decline], which will bring you back to the Welcome page.

Step 5: You will be required to type your credit card number and name, which is printed on your Hong Leong credit card. Click on [Accept] button to proceed to next step. Click [Cancel] to go back to the Welcome page.

Step 6: If Visa credit card is used, a "Verified by Visa" logo will be displayed through out the whole enrollment process, otherwise, a "MasterCard Securecode" logo will be displayed.

There are 2 portions in the following page, firstly is to verify your identity. You will need to provide accurate personal particulars for Billing Date, Credit Limit and New IC number. If either of this personal particular is wrongly keyed in, you will be prompted to re-enter.

Next portion of the page is for you to enter other personal particulars for "Verified By Visa" or "MasterCard Securecode". These personal particulars provided in this section will be used during internet purchase.

1. Password - enter your favorite password here and subsequently this will be used to authenticate yourself during internet purchase

2. Personal Message - create your own personal message. You will be seeing this message on every "Verified by Visa" or "MasterCard Securecode" page to ensure that you are in the genuine Hong Leong Bank page.

3. Questions & Answer - this is useful when you have forgotten your password or wish to change to a new password.

Step 7: Click [Next] to proceed and [Cancel] to return to Welcome page.

Step 8: Once you have successfully keyed in all the required personal particulars, you will be prompted with the Successful page. Now you can proceed with your internet purchase anytime and any where.
